SCOPE OF WORK
This project involves the transformation of an original 1950’s V210 style brick home into a modern, vibrant family residence.
The design integrates a contemporary addition, an outdoor viewing area, and a pool, while maintaining harmony with the existing heritage-style home.

KEY FEATURES
To complement the original 1950’s V210 style brick home and transform the site into a family home with a vibrant and contemporary addition, outdoor viewing area and pool. Located on a small building footprint, the addition cranks off via a vibrant PGH green brick linkway to run along an existing ridgeline with views to the south west.
