SCOPE OF WORK
Design and construction of a contemporary dwelling on a 6.0 m wide site that respects and complements the heritage character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
The project focuses on light, spatial efficiency, and materiality within a narrow footprint.

KEY FEATURES
Kate & Raymond set out a solid brief to design a dwelling that accommodated a 6.0 m wide property frontage which would also complement the adjoining heritage value of the neighborhood. Clever use of glazing positioning ensured north and eastern light filling the rooms throughout the house.
