The project carefully preserves the original dwelling while introducing a bold, raw concrete element that differentiates historic fabric from modern living.

KEY FEATURES
To restore a heritage building in disrepair that has been in the family for many years. A careful, yet bold endeavour to reimagine a prominent and well-known address that combines a detailed restoration of the original remaining dwelling and a contemporary concrete tilt panel addition that ‘inserts’ into the rear. Clean and raw use of concrete differentiates between the aged story of the original and current day living.
