SCOPE OF WORK
Adaptive reuse of the iconic Old Castlemaine Gaol in collaboration with a local business consortium.
The project involved obtaining Heritage Victoria approval for a contemporary restaurant and outdoor entertaining area, carefully integrating modern interventions while respecting the historic fabric.

VM Zinc roofing and features
Natural finish concrete garden edging
Mild steel entrance shrouds and retention of existing hand-made bricks and sandstone.
KEY FEATURES
The project involved working with a local business consortium to provide an application with Heritage Victoria to assist with a reimagined use of the iconic Old Castlemaine Gaol, including a contemporary restaurant and outdoor entertaining area overlooking the Beautiful town centre of Castlemaine.
