The project creates an ‘old-to-new’ experience, seamlessly blending the historic dwelling with modern living and entertainment spaces.

KEY FEATURES
The brief was to offer a full restoration of the original California Bungalow weatherboard home and to provide a bold and fresh addition and entertainment area to create an ‘old-to-new’ experience. With classic and sympathetic restoration of the existing, the addition steps down into a light filled living space with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and polished concrete floors.
