SCOPE OF WORK
Design and construction of a guest wing and entertainment area that complements the iconic Heritage-listed Flint Hill estate.
The project carefully integrates new elements with the existing historic property while preserving the tranquillity and character of the estate’s gardens and surroundings.

KEY FEATURES
To fill-full the clients wish to establish a guest wing and entertainment area to complement the iconic and Heritage listed ‘Flint Hill’ estate. With stunning Heritage listed garden and surrounds, it was imperative that the new build captured the tranquillity and beauty of the estate and gardens with the use of thoughtful glazing, complementary materials and clever use of form to not detract from the original building.
A free-standing carport and glass/steel walkway are situated adjacent to the main entrance, with VM Zinc roofing, Half-round guttering, Daniel Robertson brick piers and the use of American Oak timber lining to complement the main estate frontage.
